Treatment 01
Microneedling
Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation treatment that uses a device
equipped with fine, sterile needles to create thousands of tiny micro-channels in the
skin's surface. This controlled process stimulates your body's natural healing response,
triggering the production of collagen and elastin — the proteins responsible for firm,
smooth, youthful skin.
Microneedling effectively improves fine lines and wrinkles, enlarged pores, acne scars,
stretch marks, and uneven skin texture. Mild redness lasts 24–48 hours with little to no
downtime. A series of 3–6 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart is recommended for optimal results.
Treatment 02
Exosomes
Exosome therapy is an advanced regenerative treatment harnessing the power of
exosomes — microscopic, cell-derived particles carrying growth factors, proteins,
and genetic signals responsible for cellular repair. Applied following microneedling,
exosomes accelerate healing, reduce inflammation, and dramatically amplify the skin's
regenerative response.
This cutting-edge therapy targets skin laxity, fine lines, dullness, hair loss, and sun
damage. Exosomes are derived from rigorously screened, ethically sourced stem cell lines.
Results develop progressively over several weeks following your session.
Treatment 03
Facial Chemical Peel
A chemical peel is a controlled skin resurfacing treatment in which a specially selected
acid solution is applied to gently exfoliate and remove the outer layers of damaged or
aged skin, revealing a fresher, smoother, and more evenly toned complexion beneath.
Peels are available in light, medium, and deep strengths and are tailored to address sun
damage, hyperpigmentation, melasma, acne, fine lines, and rough texture. Recovery varies
by peel depth, and your physician will select the appropriate formulation based on your
skin type and goals.
Treatment 04
Botox®
Botox® uses a purified form of botulinum toxin to temporarily relax the facial muscles
responsible for dynamic wrinkles — lines that form from repeated expressions such as
squinting, frowning, and smiling. Common treatment areas include the forehead, glabella
(between the brows), and crow's feet.
Injections are quick, precise, and require no downtime. Results appear within 3–7 days
and last 3–4 months. At Vital Med Clinic, all neuromodulator injections are performed by
our physician for the highest standard of safety and natural-looking outcomes.
Treatment 05
Injectable Fillers
Dermal fillers — most commonly hyaluronic acid gels — restore lost facial volume, smooth
deep folds, and enhance facial contours. Treatment areas include nasolabial folds,
marionette lines, hollow under-eyes (tear troughs), thinning lips, and a deflated midface.
Results are visible immediately and typically last 9–18 months depending on product and
area. Medical-grade hyaluronidase is always on hand for safety. All filler procedures at
Vital Med Clinic are physician-led.

EMS Facial Therapy
EMS facial therapy uses precisely controlled low-level electrical currents to stimulate
the underlying muscles of the face — a non-invasive workout for your facial musculature.
Repeated contraction and relaxation firms and tones facial contours, reduces sagging skin,
improves circulation, and supports lymphatic drainage for a naturally lifted, sculpted look.
Sessions run 30–45 minutes with no downtime, fitting easily into a busy schedule. A series
of treatments delivers cumulative results, with periodic maintenance to sustain the effect.
