Breast Lift®
A PRP-Based Breast Rejuvenation Procedure
Using your own platelet-rich plasma, the Vampire Breast Lift® restores shape, sensitivity, and youthful contour — without implants, incisions, or recovery time.
What It Is
Regeneration from within
The Vampire Breast Lift® harnesses the body's own healing biology to address concerns that exercise and time cannot reverse on their own.
The Vampire Breast Lift® is a non-surgical breast rejuvenation procedure developed by Dr. Charles Runels — the physician behind the Vampire Facelift® and O-Shot® protocols. It uses Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) derived from your own blood to stimulate tissue remodelling, collagen production, and sensory nerve regeneration in the breast.
Unlike implant-based augmentation, this procedure does not change breast size. Instead, it addresses subtle but meaningful changes in shape, texture, and sensitivity — restoring contours that may have shifted after pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight fluctuation, or natural aging.
PRP is also applied topically in combination with microneedling in some protocols to enhance surface texture and skin quality over the décolletage. At Vital Med Clinic, the procedure is performed exclusively by our physician, applying the same regenerative biology we use across our full PRP service line.
Results are gradual, natural-looking, and driven by your body's own growth factors — not synthetic fillers or foreign materials.
What the procedure addresses
- Loss of upper pole fullness or "deflation" of breast tissue
- Downward nipple pointing from mild ptosis or volume loss
- Reduced nipple and areolar sensitivity
- Inverted or hyposensitive nipples
- Crinkling or crepey skin texture in the décolletage
- Asymmetry resulting from volume changes rather than structural difference
- Cold-to-touch or poorly vascularized breast tissue
- Desire to improve breast health and regenerative capacity over time
Who It's For
Ideal candidates
The Vampire Breast Lift® is best suited for patients seeking natural enhancement and tissue rejuvenation rather than augmentation in size.
Post-pregnancy & breastfeeding
Patients who have completed breastfeeding and experienced tissue deflation, nipple changes, or reduced sensitivity that has not resolved on its own over time.
Age-related volume changes
Women noticing gradual loss of upper pole fullness, changes in skin texture over the décolletage, or altered breast shape associated with hormonal shifts and aging.
Reduced or altered sensitivity
Patients experiencing decreased nipple or breast sensitivity — whether from previous augmentation surgery, breastfeeding, or age — who are interested in regenerative restoration.
Mild ptosis without implants
Patients with mild Grade I ptosis who are not candidates for or not interested in surgical correction, and wish to address shape through tissue stimulation.
After implant surgery
Patients who have existing implants and want to improve skin texture, sensitivity, or overall breast health around implants — not replace them.
Natural enhancement seekers
Patients who prefer biologically-driven, non-synthetic treatments and want rejuvenation without foreign materials, general anesthesia, or surgical downtime.

The Process
Step by step, precision at every stage
The entire appointment takes approximately 60–90 minutes. There are no incisions and no general anesthetic. You return home the same day.
Physician consultation & assessment
Your physician reviews your health history, discusses your specific concerns, and confirms candidacy. Photography may be taken as a baseline for comparison. Your goals — sensitivity, shape, skin quality — are clarified and the treatment plan is individualized before any steps proceed.
Topical anaesthesia
A prescription-strength numbing cream is applied to the treatment areas and allowed to work for 20–30 minutes. This significantly reduces discomfort at injection sites and during any surface treatment. The area is then cleaned before proceeding.
Blood draw & PRP preparation
A small volume of blood (approximately 20–30 mL) is drawn from your arm. It is then placed in a specialized centrifuge that separates your plasma from red blood cells. The resulting platelet-rich plasma — concentrated with growth factors — is activated and drawn up for injection. No synthetic materials are introduced at any stage.
PRP injection into breast tissue
Using a fine needle, your physician injects PRP in precise locations determined during your assessment — typically into areas of volume loss, around the nipple-areolar complex, and along tissue planes most responsive to growth factor signalling. Injection depth and placement follow anatomical mapping specific to your presentation. Patients typically report mild pressure rather than pain.
Microneedling of the décolletage (optional adjunct)
For patients concerned about skin texture, crepiness, or fine lines over the chest wall, topical PRP can be applied in conjunction with microneedling of the décolletage. This is performed as an add-on service and improves skin quality in the area surrounding the breast — not a replacement for the injection protocol.
Post-procedure care & discharge
After a brief observation period, you are discharged with written aftercare instructions. Most patients return to regular activity the same day. Mild tenderness or swelling at injection sites is normal and typically resolves within 24–72 hours. Strenuous chest exercise is avoided for 5–7 days.
The Biology
Why PRP works
Platelets are among the body's primary healing agents. When activated, they release a concentrated cascade of growth factors — including PDGF, VEGF, TGF-β, and EGF — that stimulate new collagen formation, vascular ingrowth, and cellular regeneration in surrounding tissue.
In breast tissue, these mechanisms translate to improved skin quality, enhanced vascularization, modest volume restoration through tissue matrix rebuilding, and regeneration of sensory nerve endings responsible for tactile and erogenous sensitivity.
Because the PRP is derived entirely from your own blood, the risk of rejection, allergic reaction, or foreign body response is essentially eliminated. The growth factors work within your existing tissue architecture — not against it.
What to Expect
Results that develop naturally
Because PRP works with your body's own biology, changes emerge progressively — not overnight. Most patients notice meaningful improvement within 6–12 weeks.
Improved Shape
Modest restoration of upper pole fullness and improved projection from tissue matrix regeneration and collagen stimulation.
Enhanced Sensitivity
Regeneration of sensory nerve endings in and around the nipple-areolar complex, restoring tactile and erogenous sensitivity.
Skin Quality
Improved texture, firmness, and hydration of breast skin and the surrounding décolletage — particularly when paired with microneedling.
Lasting Change
Results from a single treatment typically last 1–2 years. Annual maintenance sessions help sustain and build upon initial improvements.
Your Results Timeline
Day 1–3
Mild tenderness and swelling at injection sites. Normal and expected.
Week 2–4
Growth factor activity peaks. Cellular remodelling begins. Early sensitivity changes may emerge.
Week 6–12
Visible improvements in shape and skin quality become apparent. Sensitivity often meaningfully restored.
Month 6–12+
Full results established. Annual maintenance helps sustain and build upon outcomes.
